There's an episode of Tales From The Crypt where a bunch of assassins descend on a suburban home and hold the wife hostage. The episode keeps building to where you think the husband of the wife is the one the hitmen are looking for but as the wife kills all of them she suddenly speaks in her man voice and it's revealed that she was their target and that he had a sex change. Corey Feldman is in it. Good episode.
