Honestly I'm fairly sure Charles has enabled it himself before. I remember one time he leapt out of his chair, approached some black mannequin he always had in the background for some reason, then started repeatedly whipping it with his belt. I feel like I also remember him punching it one time.

Charles also has a drug problem with marijuana, if I recall correctly. He had a tendency to use a bong off-camera during his streams I'm pretty sure (though you could still plainly hear it).

He's admitted to doing multiple substances, including cocaine I believe. He was likely on it during his old streams, given how he reacted to loud sounds during that period.
