It's already defined elsewhere in the U.S. Code. It is rather perverse that they removed this section from the previous version introduced last Congress, though.Also, they seriously didn't define CP and CSAM?
The law still sucks as drafted for other reasons though.(r) Definitions.—In this section:
(1) BOARD.—The term “Board” means the Child Online Protection Board established under subsection (d).
(2) CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE MATERIAL.—The term “child sexual abuse material” has the meaning provided in section 2256(of title 18, United States Code.
And considering it was in the previous version of the bill, I would imagine it was in fact deliberate.
