How is Battlefield a milsim (military sim) series? Yes, there's depth and sniper physics but a military sim is a stretch. It's slower than CoD, yes. But there's still gamey logic that prevents it from being an outright sim.
there's enough "sim" in battefield before it gets autistic, or at least it had. classic was a step in the right direction, but it won't fix that guns aren't balanced for it and was never pushed as much as "hardcore" which is like the instagib of battlefield for players needing the crutch to accomplish something

I thought it would be a livestream or a longer video, instead it's just a 2 minute video to say that the new season will only come out in October.

I'm surprised the game is still standing. I'm curious of the next Battlefield. They abandoned V after a year and a half. How long has it been so far?

Season 1 was delayed until June 2022, since they were spending the time beforehand to try to fix the game. With Season 5 ending this month, and Season 6 having a tentative release in October (if they don't give up on the game first), that's ~14 months of content so far in the Seasons, and ~21 months if you count the pre-Season stuff.

Bump, as DICE may make an announcement next month, in regards to fixing the aiming issues on controller:

To think that controller aim hasn't worked properly for almost 2 years of this game's lifespan, and yet some people still give DICE a pass, is mind-boggling.

I didn't know there was an issue with the controllers. I only use one when I have to pilot a helicopter.

I didn't really find any issue with the controllers neither

I'm confused by this reality. Battlefield got shamed hard for the Cowboy Mackay skin and proposed Santa Boris skin (rightfully so) and overall just looked less realistic than Modern Warfare II did, yet now 2042 has fallen back on tacky yet more down-to-earth uniforms, and MWII has fucking Snoop Dogg and Nicki Minaj outfits running around.

Fortnite was a mistake.

Criterion has confirmed that they are helping to work on the next Battlefield game. The fact that they're still trying to make the "Battlefield Universe" a thing, means that the next game will suck as hard as 2042 was.

And this person, which I don't know about, lays the smackdown in regards to the "Battlefield Universe" push in 2042:
