When I started the thread on everyoneisworthyoflove, he commented on the matter because another user warned his 16 year old girlfriend to stay away from James. Apparently, though, it seems a lost cause because she didn't mind either way.

I didn't want to clutter the thread with him when its dedicated to James, so I decided to make a thread dedicated to this man and any other tumblrphiles that are shown throughout tumblr. (Mainly because the more we find of James, the more pedophiles there are. I know there is a pedophile list in the Loveshy corner, so why not one here too?)

Sorry that it isn't archived, I can't archive well. (And my computer is slowing just loading his tumblr. He posts so much shit.)

I tried getting the smaller posts because its easier to read, but there is so much just on him being a racist prick. I don't see much on his pedophilia other than what is stated, though.

I think these people tend to fly under the radar because they mostly stick to porn blogs and other blog circles that don't butt heads with sj circles very often.
That said, it's good he hasn't deleted yet since we can cap more evidence before he flips his shit. Anyone have any pictures of him or anything? A general location? I can go snooping through his archive tomorrow.

That and sjws are scared shitless of actual racists and bigots. Case in point, a fairly notorious sjw named redd deleted her tumblr just because she thought a neo-nazi sent her a few asks.

This is his girlfriends' blog. Her about does say she's 16 and talks about her "chubby cheeks" a lot which creeps me out. I already see a post on there defending yet another pedophile.

So he's got a massive unwarranted ego to go with the pedophila. Also, if he really is a currently serving member of the military, he better hope his CO doesn't find out that he's been putting the moves on a kid. The military is very aware of its image, and doesn't take kindly to members making it look bad. Also, that could open him to blackmail, which is very bad if he has a security clearance.

After looking through his Tumblr, this guy is a total dudebro.

Unfortunately, age of consent in Estonia is 14. I don't know where beardedstarfish currently lives, however. Is he in the US?
 
Yeah, he's in the US, where the age of consent is usually 16 within two years. For someone his age, it's 18, so if she came over here, he'd be breaking the law. I doubt the FBI would bother filing charges for an online relationship unless he showed intent of meeting her in person.

EDIT: Even if he went over there, he could still be prosecuted when he got back. The Feds have successfully prosecuted sex tourists even if what they did was legal where ever they went.

Isn't there a law applicable? I think, if I recall, he can still go to jail on pedophilia if he's talking to her sexually online, even if it's legal in another country. At least, in some states, all there needs to be is evidence that they would screw a kid.

Yes, sex tourism is illegal, even if the actual practice would be legal in the country in question.

Generally, they have to prove the intent of the travel was to engage in the prohibited conduct. Prior correspondence would be pretty good proof of that intent.

Well, I was just referring to sexual activities done on the internet through chat log. Not really tourism. Even if it's a child from another country, it still would count as sexual acts on a child on the internet. (Which is illegal here)
