You're probably right. There was a screenshot of Becky responding to a relative on facebook where she was talking about her kidneys giving her problems. It's likely that she didn't follow through with whatever treatment or lifestyle changes were recommended by her doctor and now they're at a point where they're having to deal with whatever damage has already been done. It would also explain how frequently Becky is having appointments. I'm no doctor, but I know that kidney issues require pretty regular doctors visits to monitor how things are going.

You're probably right. There was a screenshot of Becky responding to a relative on facebook where she was talking about her kidneys giving her problems. It's likely that she didn't follow through with whatever treatment or lifestyle changes were recommended by her doctor and now they're at a point where they're having to deal with whatever damage has already been done. It would also explain how frequently Becky is having appointments. I'm no doctor, but I know that kidney issues require pretty regular doctors visits to monitor how things are going.

She also used to drink quite a bit, but seems to have dropped that in favor of weed/possibly something harder in order to handle living with AL. There's probably a reason for that kinda change, and "your kidneys will shut down and you will require dialysis if you have one more Bacardi Breezer" is a pretty good one.

I don't think Becky has anything serious happening - I think she got an episode with high blood pressure wich made her change her diet for a while (eating less salt and losing some weight).

It was convinient for them to say it was something worst because it happened while people were exposing the GFM scam and how trash Becky's family is.

Becky's family was giving her shit, Amber was giving her shit because we were calling them scammers and because Becky's family were making things worst by saying how good of a cash cow Amber was etc.

So yeah ... and than Amber started focusing her attention and money on Dust and the Dana.

Becky is just going along because she is too lazy to be better. Her mental health is worst than usual so she's using some heavy antidepressant dosage that are making her the way she is now. I do not think she would get benzos - at least not legal ones.

I have been thinking this in the back of my mind as well. Any time Amber has alluded to something and built suspense over it, it turned out to be a dud. I feel like this will too, and she will gaslight people who call her out over the "clues".
It is fun to get into the detectiveness, though!
Edit: it could be a minor kidney problem, though, since we have that ss of her message to her aunt. So high bp, kidney issues, maybe just needs to follow docs orders to get better. I doubt it is anywhere as serious as Amber made it out to be.

AL is too food aggressive to share many of her meals & I suspect some of the reasoning behind her heavy handed seasoning is to make sure no 1 else is tempted to ask for some of her...concoctions. Becky? She may have a kidney issue & have been told without serious lifestyle changes, (weight loss & dietary changes), she'll end up needing dialysis. She could also have been told even with the necessary & strict changes, she'll eventually need dialysis. I can see her being scared enough to initially try & co-operate with doctor's instructions, then saying: "Fuck it!". She doesn't seem to have any better ability to look long term than does AL.

I dunno. I think she's only got food aggression when it comes to food she likes. And I think she likes having as much control as possible over Becky (and others) up to and including their diets. Remember when Krystle didn't want a "cheat day" when AL did? Krystle had the damn cheat day because AL wanted it. It didn't help that Krystle had the audacity to lose weight faster than AL of course. But AL didn't even like it when Becky went on a Burger King run for her and stopped at Dairy Queen for herself instead of eating what AL thought dinner should be.
