been looking for information relating to immigration for spouse from iran and figured what the hell lets ask the forum XD

topic is pretty self explanatory. planning on marrying a woman i met online in a language learning application like four years ago now i think? maybe a little less than that. shes from iran. obviously the main difficulty being that she cant exactly just walk on down to an embassy and apply. she has a business degree and teaches english currently in iran. we're currently just trying to save money and shes going to try to get a celta certification. any input on countries aside from ecuador and dominica this side of the globe that are safe or cheap enough to rent out a safe location for an iranian national? anyone have any experience with dealing with immigration from iran specifically? whatever input appreciated. hope everyones well.

wisdom of the crowds XD. he who casts a wide net catches many fish. figured might as well, who knows, maybe theres some dude here who had to get a wife to the country from a totalitarian islamic theocracy XD.

My advice is look for a woman locally. It's a lot less hassle.

just didnt end up that way XD. this woman has even from thousands of miles away helped me become a better person and get a better life over the past 4 years. ive quit alcohol ( and before i got bad with alcohol i had been addicted to iv opiates for some years. like maybe 5 iv use and 2 prior to that sniffing and eating. and alcohol fucked my life up worse in every way except legally because i was lucky, and was harder to quite believe it or not), and since shes been in my life ive gotten a whole new career, two promotions and two raises, lost over fifty lbs and fit into high school clothes again, shes my girl man. and i hate the meme of it all but she is far more 'based' than any western woman ive dated. and shes willing to convert to Christianity. so its a major hassle, gonna be expensive for the lawyer fees, but to me shes worth it .

Have you met in person?
Have you lived together for any amount of time?
Do you have any evidence you're not one of many plates she's spinning to leave Iraq?
Do you have any evidence she is serious about a relationship and not a visa? You are the definition of a drug addicted loser these type of women target..

There's more questions to ask but you're posting serious red flags and sound head over heels for a woman you don't know IRL.

You didn't say what country you live in, so I'll just assume US. I believe Mexico maintains diplomatic relations with Iran, and well, Mexico is pretty fucking close and easy to get across the border.

for sure those are all valid questions. you act as if i am not aware of all this and far more XD. ive done my vetting. we will obviously meet before she comes to the country. dont assume everyone is as retarded as the people in your daily life. I have all the 'evidence' i need for those things to proceed to the next step in the process. it is a process. a long one. you are the definition of a presumptive guy who thinks hes smarter than he is.
Ask all the questions you want but i doubt youll ask anything that hasnt already been considered and asked already by folks on a forum dedicated specifically to immigration advice or my lawyer , or my friends and family who all have the same concerns. which are valid. you can also say those things without being a douche but to each his own i suppose XD.

only if theyre heavily arabized. if you knew much about antiquity youd know that Persia was one of the most civilized places in all human history before the islamic invasions. they are not by nature barbarous thugs as subsaharans and arabs typically tend to be.

mexico hadnt been brought up before. never came up on the lists of countries that ive found that iranian nationals can get to easily but after reading this i found they do have an embassy in iran. im wondering if theyre more selective about the visas they give to iranian nationals and thats why i hadnt seen it pop up on my radar yet. mexico would definitely be the easiest but employment prospects there for her wouldn t be great. we need a place she can work during the interim period while we visit in person and build bona fides for the K2 process and spend time in person. the hard part is finding a place thats cheap enough to afford a good spot, has employment prospects for iranian nationals with her skillset, and is close enough for me to go back and forth a few times while we wait the visa approval.
