It's pretty well understood that different races have different average IQ scores. Cross-referencing a few studies, whites are roughly 100-105, east asians are 105-110, hispanics are consistently ~90, and blacks are anywhere from 70 to 90 depending on what agenda the study is pushing. I've heard numbers for indians similar to blacks but haven't looked as hard.

Let's say for the sake of argument that whites average 100, and blacks and pajeets average one standard deviation lower at 85. Let's also say for the sake of argument that the bell curve distribution for each of these groups is the same, e.g. 68-95-99, meaning 68% of the population is within one standard deviation of their given average, 95% within two standard deviations, 99% within three.

If you are an average white man with an IQ of 100, that would mean that 50% of whites are smarter than you and 50% of whites are dumber than you, but ~85% of blacks and pajeets are dumber than you -- a 35% difference in the likelihood of someone being dumber than you based on their race. That's a big difference, and you would be quick to observe and point out that blacks and pajeets are fucking dumb.

However, if your IQ was one standard deviation higher at 115, you would observe that while ~97% of blacks are dumber than you, so are ~85% of whites. Still a significant difference by some standards, but not nearly as meaningful, in either case a given person being dumber than you is a statistical likelihood regardless of race. If your IQ is 130 or higher, the difference effectively disappears -- 99% of blacks are dumber than you and 97% of whites are dumber than you. You can still recognize intellectually that whites and asians are objectively smarter on average than blacks and pajeets and hispanics, but it doesn't really come into play in your everyday interactions, everybody just seems dumb to you.

Conversely, if your IQ is 85, you'd feel the same way as the man with a 100 IQ: the likelihood of a black or indian being smarter than you is an even 50-50, but the likelihood of a white being smarter than you is ~85%. You would again feel that whites are significantly smarter than blacks -- because they are, but more importantly because you aren't. The relative difference in intelligence between races is most apparent when your own IQ is between the average IQs of the races being compared.

That's not to say that not being racist is strictly a high-IQ phenomenon, someone below the 15th percentile would theoretically experience the same phenomenon in reverse, but that's kind of moot since at that point you're approaching mental retardation and your ability to recognize or articulate any of this is questionable. But it is interesting that the difference in intelligence between races is most strongly felt when you're a dumber-than-average white or a smarter-than-average black.

Also, you can't look at someone and tell their IQ. So even if someone has a 130 IQ, they aren't going to think "I'm smarter than this guy," with 97% of the people they interact with.

"Dumber than you" doesn't describe "how much dumber." With an IQ of 115, you'll still notice the difference between talking to someone with an IQ of 100 and someone with 85.
