NJ Prof. Claims 'Public Lynching' After Being Suspended for Comments on 'Tucker Carlson Tonight'

A New Jersey professor claimed her Newark school "publicly lynched" her after she was indefinitely suspended for remarks she made recently on "Tucker Carlson Tonight."

Lisa Durden taught communications and pop culture classes at Essex County College in the Brick City.

Earlier this month, she went on Carlson's program to defend a "blacks-only" Memorial Day celebration.

"Boo hoo hoo - you white people are angry because you couldn’t use your white privilege card to get invited to the Black Lives Matter's all black, Memorial Day celebration," Durden told Carlson.

Carlson had said that Black Lives Matter claims to fight segregationist rhetoric, but that their Memorial Day plans contradict that.

Durden told NJ.com on Friday that she has received a lot of support from school staff members and students, but compared her experience to a rape victim who is blamed for the crime, and a person who returns from war to a hostile environment.

I live in a predominantly white neighborhood, and today I was faced with all of its privilege.

I parked across the street from my house, and pulled up right to the end of the sidewalk. I hate it when cars take two spots.

A white woman was trying to park behind me. I came out of my car, and she asked me to move forward. "Sure, but I am pretty much at the end," I said.

"I live here, two cars fit here. " she responded. "I live here too m'am. I'll pull up as much as I can," I said back to her.

Having pulled up as much as possible, I walked away in my "Brown is Beautiful" t-shirt. I looked back and this woman had literally moved my car forward with her car. I immediately turned around and said to her, "What are you doing? You just hit my car!" Her response was just..... "If you had parked right, I wouldn't have tapped your car. It was just a tap."

I said, "m'am you don't fit here, you just hit my car and there are a ton of other spots open". She refused and asked me to stand behind my car while she parked so I could tell her when to stop. "I am not standing in front of your car, it's dangerous," I told her. She insisted, "I am going to park here."

"Ok, ma'am. If you continue to try to park here, I will call the cops because you are damaging my car," I said pulling my phone from my purse to take pictures of her license plate.

"That is stupid" she responded. "It is stupid. You are being unreasonable, there are a lot more spots. You just hit my car even after I pulled up for you," I said back to her.

She finally parked in another spot. Lady, you may think the whole world belongs to you, but not on my block.

She is essentially a sound-bite designed to draw in new viewers for his more sane interviews reserved for later in the show. Is it sneaky? A little. Does it diminish him as a commentator? I wouldn't say so due to the other 2/3 of the show being reasonable dialogue and interviews.

You really need to rewrite this with fewer big words.

SJWs are pseudointellectuals--the reason you hear "racist" and "sexist" so much is because those terms are about all they can muster.

SJWs love to threaten people with "your actions have consequences" and act surprised that their actions have consequences.
they think they and people they support are above consequences and the law. they are so convinced that they are on the right side of history and that life works just like whatever popular media they consume that they can do anything and will be lauded as heroes.
