The first time Ben started celebrating he "won" Jones appealed and when the courts sent a new judge to check his complaints the new guy found out that the old judge and Ben had literally conspired to fuck Jones over. The judge first changed the parameters of the auction from "highest bidder" to the "best bid according to the circunstances" which is already a huge no-no in such public auctions, then Collins oh so conveniently was chosen and he didn't have the money on hand to pay and instead was gonna pay in increments which is ALSO not allowed in such auctions.
I would not put it past Collins to be doing the same shit again and we find out he did some bullshit like use fake investors and under the table dealings.

Well, I suppose that isn't surprising. I knew the case was cartoonishly corrupt nonsense, but I didn't expect them to be that blatant about it. I still think that the SCOTUS should have taken up the appeal and tossed this out, if only for the horrific precedence it sets when someone can be fined 1.4 billion for saying things that people don't want to hear.

By the looks of it Ben has a lot of money to burn with this. While he and his family are not rich rich (they’re still wealthy but not enough to keep this going) I imagine he has some rich leftist or leftists backing him in this endeavor.
Neville Roy Singham is a name that gets thrown out a lot due to his funding of far-left terrorists, but Reid Hoffman is also a possible name due to his heavy involvement in the E Jean Carroll lawsuit against Trump and his dirty tactics when it comes to elections.
A lot of it has to do with the fact that like everything else, the competency crisis has hit the elite. The old figures were evil but were smart enough to not go to fast with their plans or people would notice, and they didn’t actually believe in the garbage they pushed.
The new generation of elites are a product of the previous generation’s degeneracy, and as such have fallen for their own propaganda and unironically want this as fast as possible, not seeing what it means for them in the future, and that’s because a lot of them are mixed race or fags.
If you want a perfect example of this, just look at the Soros family. George is evil but very cunning which is how he gained so much power. His heir Alex is a fag who married Anthony Weiner’s cocksleeve as a beard to show how much influence he has over the DNC.

The amount of work being put into not actually getting any money for the "victims" of what Jones said is why I never for a moment believed this was about actually compensating them. It's a warning not to fuck around from TPTB to the conservatives of the country.
I don't even agree with jones on everything, but he has ALWAYS been the guy they'd test the waters for new platform restrictions on. I told people it was the beginning of the end when YouTube took him down, and at the same time he was deplatformed across the entire internet as best they could. They failed, so they had to resort to something utterly insane; the 1.4 billion USD judgment, and years of effort to destroy the media corporation and humble supplement merchantry he had, all as a warning.
