The term has evolved past fandom and shipping into any sort of fiction, which is why the catchall term "anti" is used instead of "anti-shipper." It's more like "anti/pro fiction" rather than "anti/pro shipper" when used outside of fandom spaces.

Anglo countries have been leading the charge in forcing Japan to stop drawing loli, and it has its own special place in British discussion. There was some BBC documentary where someone went to Japan and tried to argue with Japs who work in the anime industry that all anime with underage girls (not even sexualized at all) is child porn.

I wish it was only that, but Jeko defends the consumption of actual child porn way too much to be just another harmless lolicon. None of his arguments make any sense unless you look at it from the perspective of a pedophile trying to excuse their consumption of child porn.
