Pork. Baked on a rack. After extensive testing, I've found that 390 degrees F for 9 minutes per side works best. Comes out perfect. You can also decrease the time a bit, and rub a little brown sugar on the bacon if you want a sweet snack. Truly, bacon is meat candy.
