I like rock and metal the most. Jinjer and Tool are my most favorite. I also enjoy Flyleaf, which I know I will probably get shit on for that, But I love it and probably always will. I listen to Tool when I'm pissed, because I don't think any band has ever made songs that have truly encapsulated anger in it's rawest form like they do.

I also enjoy The Cranberries.

I like pretty much any kind of music as long as it's good, but my go to music is typically prog stuff. Steven Wilson, Porcupine Tree, Anathema, Pineapple Thief, Katatonia etc.

Prog rock and power metal are what I typically listen to, but I’m open to pretty much anything. Favorite bands include Jethro Tull, King Crimson, Blind Guardian, Sabaton and Rush

I like rock and metal music. My list of favorite bands include (but is not limited to): The Beatles, Guns N Roses, Metallica, Black Sabbath, Queen, Motley Crue, Led Zeppelin, Manowar, The Ramones, Megadeth, AC/DC, Ghost, Iron Maiden, Twisted Sister, The Misfits, Journey, Alestorm, Queensryche, Judas Priest, Slayer, The Who, Ratt, Slipknot, Blue Oyster Cult, Van Halen, Anthrax, ZZ Top, Dokken, Exodus, Aerosmith, Rob Zombie, Def Leppard, Sabaton and Deep Purple.

Personal favorites are surf rock and jazz. I like the "vintage" feel surf rock has, and jazz (particularly smooth jazz) is great to unwind too.

One day I plan to get one of these guitars and learn how to play some riffs life the surf rock greats:

Definitely metal, but not one sub genre in particular. I also like a lot of old school rock/hard rock and some folk music.
