But here's some things you shouldn't do. Don't overdose on opiates. You will spend several hours hugging a toilet seat vomiting until there's nothing left, and then you'll be dry retching. Don't try to hang yourself, with hanging it's the drop quickly by breaking your neck, if you mess it up you'll be paralysed and it'd be pretty difficult to find a location with a high enough drop. Otherwise you're just slowly asphyxiating. Don't run into traffic because that makes you an asshole
