Better Call Saul

My guess is Lyle is likely a college student and working this job when out of class. So by the time BB rolls around he’s likely graduated and onto another job for his career. I can bet his heart sank and blood ran hot when news came out Mr Fring, someone who he idolized and look up to, was a a major drug kingpin.
Been awhile since I watched Breaking Bad. But was Gus exposed as a drug kingpin on the show? Or was it something like " Beloved Fast Food owner dies in freak explosion in nursing home when the electrical system malfunctioned." headline.

I believe it was the second one. But I also remember that in season 5 the executive who owned the Los Pollos name killed himself since the police were going to look heavily into his records which would have exposed fring, and he would rather die then spend years in jail for laundering. So I think in the end they would have found out that gus was a kingpin.

It was confiscated by the DEA. That would be kind of a giveaway. I actually forget if there was any in-show news coverage.

Hanks discovers that Gus was lying about his origins and his reason for coming to America even confronting Gus. Hank knows that Gus was visiting Hector Salamanca, right after Hector summoned the DEA, and that Hector must have hated Gus enough to blow both of them up together. Hank also knows that Gus's friend Gale whom he paid for his college was suspected of being the largest meth maker in the world.

The DEA also knows that Gus's laundromat ordered meth scrubbing air filters through Madrigal. They know of Mike's connections to the Salamancas. They know that Gus was lurking around the hospital after the Twins shot Hank. Walter Jr. congratulates Hank on taking down Gus Fring. So civilians know.

Pretty much the entire world knows that Gus and Walter White were drug kingpins by the end of Breaking Bad.

BB showed news clips of Gus being outed after he was killed, then the DEA went in on Madrigal

Ok, I forgot about that. I know in El Cameno, Jesse hears a news report about Walter White's body being discovered in the lab at the Nazi camp, and Walt was exposed. But I wasn't sure if Gus' true nature was discovered.

There was definitely news coverage of Walt, because he was watching Gretchen and Elliott being interviewed about him in Granite State.
It was 2004. Oppression hadn't been invented yet.
Don't talk shit about Lyle, he a good boi.

Pryce is back.

Nothing like some good old-fashioned squat cobbler.

Kim will not die at any point during the series.
Most likely tonight they move her and Nacho's father through the vacuum service. RIP the original vacuum actor. Killing her for me would put BCS as one of the best shows of all time if they actually wrote the cartel life in a brutal way and had Kim die over her involvement. But she is the BCS version of Jesse.

Rewatching s06e08 for prep, forgot that Kim dropped down a peg for saying she's never shot or held a gun before. Come on, where do you think you live??
