Better Call Saul

honestly, Aaron Paul's career went nowhere afterward
I mean, to be fair, neither has Bryan Cranston's...

What has he been in? 20 minutes of Godzilla, fucking Sneaky Pete? Your Honor, which has no buzz whatsoever?

I mean he keeps himself busy with voice work and is coasting on IM WALTER WHITE GUYS but it's not exactly superstardom. That movie where he plays a cripple, or I don't know, is the cripple's helper or something and then people shat on them for their obvious Oscar bait?

Bob Odenkirk is the only one who seemed to have gotten any kind of recognition after BB, and that's mostly due to BCS and Nobody (which again all of you fuckers need to watch)

I did. It was great.
Bryan already had Malcom in the Middle. Dude's got fuck you money.
That's not terribly uncommon if you do a particular role so well that it owns you.
Yeah. The Harry Potter kids are fucked on that account.

Giancarlo Esposito did alright too.

Only Emma Watson really. Daniel Radcliffe is off having the time of his life using his fuck you money to be in roles he likes, and Rupert Grint doesn't really act anymore and instead invested in property.

Yes in the sense that he was an unknown before BB, a long career sure, but mostly consisted of doing 3-4 episodes of a show and moving on, or appearing in a movie for a few minutes.

I mean, The Usual Suspects is one of my all time crime movies, and apparently he's part of it? I might not have watched it in like 10 years, but I've seen it over a dozen time and can't remember him at any point in it.

He definitely has more work now, but if you look at what he's been in, ooof.

I believe he's a fed who shows up a couple times very briefly. If you watched it looking for him you'd probably notice him now.

Gus is going to kill lalo in the lab and hide his body there, because of that his relatives Will not be made aware he was still alive and every time you see the lab in BB you remind yourself he is still there.

The only thing i can't figure out is how Hector Will not mention that he was supposed to be alive.

I am not crazy! I know he forgotten that ID. I knew he left it in his other pants. "No ID,No Party" As if I could ever make such a mistake. Never. Never! I just - I just couldn't prove it. He covered his tracks, he got that Pajeetinx Jorge to lie for him. You think this is something? You think this is bad? This? This Boogieing? He's done worse. That IV! Are you telling me that a man just happens to bring a functioning IV to a Halloween party? No! *He* orchestrated it! Avery! He *accidentally* pulled out an IV by ""his bad"" instead of an ID! And I let him in! And I shouldn't have. I took him into my own party! What was I *thinking*? He'll never change. He'll *never* change! Ever since he was employed at Animagine, *always* the same! Just couldn't keep his eyes ouff of the production department!
>But not our Avery! Couldn't be precious *Avery*!

Dancing them blind! And *HE* gets to be a Animator? What a sick joke! I should've stopped him when I had the chance!
And you, you HAVE to stop them! You -View attachment 3257379

I actually like chuckposting.

The German worker, Casper, has horror movie levels of retardation. You just wounded a guy with an axe who had a gun. But how about you lean in closely and disarm yourself...to read a business card that you already know what is written on it. After the guy inquired about the highly illegal operation you were involved in that resulted in at least one murder already. That was almost something out of a horror movie parody.

The cursed booze appears again, and Howard in the teaser for the mid-season finale is running up a stairwell. Implied an-hero?

The fountain urination scene got a chuckle out of me.

Kim broke bad. In earrings her mom stole.

Her hatred for Howard and her con artist upbringing is on a collision course that destroys her.

Funny, Gillian finds actors, like Aaron, now Rhea, who weren’t really supposed to command the show, but they do and it becomes about them.

Vacuum repair shop makes an appearance in the vet's black book. I guess this is how Saul comes to know him, maybe he'll even buy the book itself later in the season. The cipher looked interesting, maybe it has something to do with pets or pet supply logos.

We know he buys the book as it was in the FBI/Police raid of Saul's house in one of the cardboard boxes. This is kind of a retcon of BB where Saul says "he knows a guy who knows a guy". Turns out that Saul is that guy. Sure you can write it off as him protecting himself but this seems like a change in how he was operating in BB. We already know that they retconned a lot of the influence Kim had on him so this is no surprise that they are just embracing it.

Saul now has three or more possible lives and jobs in BB. He is the lawyer Saul Goodman with both legal and criminal cases. He is Saul Goodman underworld connector who actively seeks out criminals for various purposes. He is Saul the money launderer who launders his own money and the money of others. And possibly has some type of relationship with Kim or Howard if they are alive that he keeps secret in BB from everyone. Most of which there really was no hint of in BB. This also shows the weak writing in that Jimmy plans his 'Gene' escape with the tin of diamonds....yet left his blackbook of underworld contacts behind which is worth likely six or seven figures. He could have sold that book to the vacuum man and escaped with diamonds and money to spare.
