As some of you might know, GitHub is an online repository for open source code projects. It's meant for collaborative debugging and code optimization.
Recently, there have been some changes, including changing it from a meritocracy (where one is judged by their contributions) to a diverse and accepting place where someone is banned for posting an eggplant. Note the blatant personal attacks in the latter thread.
Most women in tech are great and contribute a lot. The "women in tech" movement is fundamentally flawed because it addresses non-existant problems.
I'm interested in this because I enjoy programming in Python.
