Assuming its true that Gabe did threaten Destiny with a lawsuit over these claims (which we don't have evidence of beyond Destiny saying so), I have to say that it's very much possible that the allegations are false, and if that's true than its completely appropriate for Gabe to try to legally put a stop to gross slander against him. Of course, it's also possible that the allegations are true, and in that case Gabe trying to shut it down legally is obviously disgraceful. The accusation seems credible since Destiny has revealed who they are and have been backed up by multiple friends online, so I wouldn't be surprised at all if this is true. Gabe absolutely needs to release a public statement on the matter, this gets more and more suspicious with each day he does not.
I read the document, and it makes it very clear that those surrounding Gabe have clearly lied about the extent of his friendships with Claire and Michelle over the years, which is quite suspicious. I think the fact that Claire, Michelle, and multiple people surrounding them have all claimed that Gabe was not grooming them and that Claire initiated the relationship herself is certainly worth something. There is no proof that Gabe was ever attempting to groom either of them, although there is enough smoke and reasons to be suspicious that I would not be surprised if he was. I very much hope that Gabe was not grooming either of them and that the recent allegation is false. The document argued its case well, and it certainly has convinced me that there's good reason to be suspicious, although I don't believe it concretely proved anything beyond the downplaying of Gabe's friendship with the girls over the years (which is itself suspicious).
