What's your favorite BL (Black Library) book? Mine is Everliving Legion. I didn't really like Horus Rising or any of the 30k books.

Any of the Ciaphas Cain books are great. I also really liked the Tannith First and Only books but I only read as far as Armor of Contempt.

My hands-down favorites are Necropolis (the third Gaunt's Ghosts book) and the first book in Forge of Mars trilogy, but only because it's the only one I've read.

I don't often read BL, but when I do, I read Dan Abnett. the Eisenhorn and Ravenor novels are great if occasionally corny. a bit light on the gay sex though.
