This movie made me realize that death was imminent when I was a child. I balled my eyes out when I realized the "Happy Ending" of the vending machine skiing the cheese slopes was only temporary and that eventually it would run out of funds and quit working.

Was this actually the plot or was that a fever dream?

Yeah. When I first saw Hatori Yuina. I honestly thinks she looks amazing. I absolutely love those cutely drawn anime girls of the 1990s and 2000s. I am so glad such styles are getting a revival.

Anime has went on quite the diversity where the bad looking ones become very ugly while the good looking ones look so amazing.
