That aside, do we have no "Featured:" message anymore, on the top part of a featured post? I actually find it useful.

Not even getting into visual elements, this is purely a functional bug.

Browser: Brave 1.77.97 on Android phone

Task: Write reply draft, edit it, and click post reply on existing thread

Expected behavior: HTTP post goes through, the draft clears, and my post shows up on whatever page I'm currently on in the thread (but in reality posts on the last page of the thread)

Actual behavior: Clicking post reply silently submits and shows my post on the current page, but does not clear the reply draft box even though my post goes through. If I want to post again in the thread I have to manually clear the reply box from the previous draft by selecting all and hitting backspace.

Why it's a problem: The clearing of the reply draft box after reply submission is the visual signal to the end user that your post went through.

I have the same bug except it's brave desktop. After posting, the text is still in the reply box.

Perhaps unrelated but serving the site on an incognito domain could be nice. I like to lurk the forum from my work PC with the incognito theme since we're open office, but the address bar kind of gives it away
 
I am having an issue with quotes. I am aware large posts have the quote button disabled. That isn’t the issue. I mean when you select portions of the text for a smaller quote.

This post for example :https://kiwifarms.st/threads/star-trek.396/page-947#post-21099024

I tried to highlight only two sentences for a quote but the option for a partial quote isn’t available either. Selecting only a few lines usually works for other posts. But the option seems broken in certain posts like that one.

Same. I was just coming here to say this. I can't highlight sentences anymore and get the quote box from them.

Am I the only mobilefag having issues with stickering now? Maybe I'm just being retarded idk. I can only "like" - holding down to select the full sticker menu, it does naaathing. Low on the list of priorities I know, but it kills me not being able to give Winner and Islamic Content to my favourite tranny and nigger hatred posts

There are two major outstanding bugs right now, one is the “select to quote” function and the other is this sticker panel problem which seems to affect phonefags only.
I don’t quite understand how messing up the styles would break stuff like that but broke it is.

Edit: three - the reply box always retains your last message now.

Is a white background with yellow text format out of the cards? Preferably the same color as lemon starburst.

@Null Thank you for restoring random.txt, but now, when you open a thread, the quotes are between the thread title and the thread itself, creating a ton of padding between them:

Can you please move the .hb-quotes so that it is side by side with the .p-breadcrumbs element? Like this:

This way, it will share the space with BreadcrumbList, and will be above the thread title, like this:

Or, if it's not possible, move it above the .p-body-header class, so that it is still above the thread title.

I'm upset of the name change of Biden Blue (based, best theme) to "Destiny Blue" (cringe, worst theme).

I actually haven't seen the comic background in forever because I accidentally put it on ublockorigin's blocklist while I was fucking around and I haven't figured out how to undo it to this day.
 
Most of my old list still stands, with special emphasis on having an option not to upload .webps, re-adding the "forums" bit to this bar:

and the restoration of Kawaii/Celebration themes probably needing priority

on top of this, the highlight feature seems to have broken and posts will not clear after you make them :thinking:

otherwise I think the site is looking better? good job on the update nool

EDIT: would it be possible to have images stay as .webp until you right click to open them in a new tab? Could help keep the site running smoothly while making downloading less of a pain in the ass. Also would help loads with the artifacting.
