Is it already possible to mute the entirety of A&N, so that when I go to 'What's New' it doesn't clog the list? Made a quick mockup of how I think things would look more pleasant.

Having the profile part there feels redundant when you can just click on your name to see the same thing, I also added more contrast so elements don’t blend together—used black in the mockup, but anything would work.
About the empty space, maybe the “members online” section could be moved up, also you can add quotes back.
Finally it would be neat if the kiwifarms logo changed styles based on the style you are using.
