Tbf decentralized is the way to cause trouble these days.

If the news reports that a group of a hundred native americans are forming a militia and tend to violently reconquer the USA, my response will be "Ha! adorable. Go get em you."

If the same group of natives go to different cities and start buying fertilizer I hope they all have a fed tailing them.
