If you're a newer player you should not be discouraged if you're stuck at beating raid bosses at Extreme, even if they are braindead ones like Kurokage or Binah whose gimmicks can be entirely sidestepped with just one type of student and the rest of the team is just built around hyperbuffing your one single DPS. Getting students you need is the easy part, getting enough materials and shit to power them up is something completely else and requires a lot of time. In the end, the best part about BA for me is the story and the game doesn't gate you out of enjoying it, which is great.
 
Tried Insane, yeah nope. It can probably be done with a single team if I invest ton of resources to improving everyone to max capability, including spending Elephs, but it's probably not worth it. And doing it with multiple teams will just be a big time waster and really frustrating.

welcome to the agony of non-grand assaults, you either get a proper 2-team setup (1 if you're that good yes) or you get fucked and filtered back to extreme/hardcore

I've seen some discussion on this recently and I think the only way to fix this is either have more Gehenna events based around the "villain of the week" clubs (to flesh them out as characters like they've done to PS68 and Prefect Team) or if they do decide to make a Gehenna focused volume, they'd need a completely new club that isn't the Prefect Team-lite to showcase Gehenna's slightly normal side (like what the Kira-Kira club with Erika and Kirara kinda does.)

I mean yeah totally get what you're saying, it's kinda disingenuous to say that bosses are so braindead and can be cleared with [insert list of students] here in 1 team at torment difficulty to a newbie that doesn't have the required stuff. What I'm saying only applies to people that want to regularly clear the higher difficulties.

I'm still being golded occasionally and forced to clear lower difficulties because I either don't have the student or my club doesn't have any (even if I ask). I couldn't clear Torment Kurokage last time for example because I didn't have Casual Sena and I couldn't clear Insane Geburah the first time because my Idol Mari was still too bad and I didn't have Satsuki or a built up uniform Asuna. Wasn't able to manage last Torment Perorodzilla either because I didn't have Kanoe.
Hod as well because I didn't have UE40 C. Kotama... Goz because no NYMutsuki.... Wakaboat because no Tsukuyo and UE40 C.Kotama again etc etc you get the point. Only managed to get the plats lately because for once I actually have the required students to clear.

Not saying that's not true, but lot of things like that have turned out to be fake. Narmaya's hitbox in the Granblue fighting game, Ganyu mountain-climbing like a goat, just to name a few.

Is the joke that Shiroko supports Android because it's easier to pirate stuff on it?

Admittedly, I'm almost certain that you will be shown a sad Arona if you run the uninstaller. (At least Genshin did that using Paimon.) Also, emotional manipulation when the player tries quitting the game, isn't exclusive to the East Asian waifu games:

The Steam version of Blue Archive that global uses doesn't use a launcher, but the Japanese version does, I'm sure something like a sad Arona will appear when you try to uninstall it from the launcher or something.

Ako is a good crit buffer. Cherino has a weak screen clear and makes special gauge charge faster. Aru has decent aoe damage.

I'd suggest Ako simply due to how many team builds require her for clearing more difficult challenges.

Ako is universally useful support. She's been powercrept by other supports but if you're struggling on insane or if you ever plan on dipping into torment she'll still be a great hyperbuffer for team 2 (also her support stacks with Shiroko Terrors EX buffs so you can run her over Kisaki if she's the hypercarry). Cherino would be second pick since she's still really good for Chesed and can enable single team clears.
