I think the chapter is good so far. alot of new characters get introduced and the story is building up to a cool climax between Nagusa and Ayame.

The talk between Nagusa and Ayame was a cool moment. Ayame being a burned out from her burden as the leader but still wanting to help everyone (in her own misguided way) is interesting. Liked she didint hold back calling Nagusa a beta bitch.

Cleared Hardcore on SRKR. Did a bit of yellow insane near the end but still got silver. EU players dont fuck around.

"EDIT" HOLY SHIT! The new pvp season opened and i just zoned my way to rank 9! I made so much pyros Its insane!
Yeah every season change all the metaniggers are sleeping so it's always worth paying pyros for extra pvp tickets until you get to actual people who you can't beat, before that it's all bots with max lvl. 30 teams. It's so easy to get extra pyros thru best season rank, and best historical rank if you're a new player.

I sure do wonder why Ex. Decagrammaton, V5C2, and V6 are all so much better written compared to V1C3. Must be something to do with a Pikachu but I can't put my finger on what it is.

Really nice chapter, I like how every school team has different relationship structure, it never feels like the same "responsible leader and hard working students below her". Keeps the story fresh.

Also god damn Nagusa deserves a hug.

Btw, there is a new Shiroko in the store, and I finally noticed the Bounty rules of bonus damage by characters in school, so I cleared it all. Truly the biggest enemy of gacha is:

Finally finished reading the story, I feel like they learned a lot of lessons from the blunder that is v1c3, first up, both the setup and the motivations are better set up, Nagusa feels guilty about Ayame's disappearance because not only she's directly responsible(to an extent) but also she was also there to see it happen with her own eyes. Compare that to "Yume just runs off into the desert one day and fucking DIES, Hoshino feels awful about it but doesn't show it to anyone, ever, not even in private".

Ayame's heel turn was interesting though, we've been shown that this external corrupting power that is kinda like chaos from warhammer 40k twists people's feelings so it just latched onto Ayame's burnout and twisted it into something sinister, in c1 Churro tried to pull the same thing off on yukari but she was able to hold on somewhat, and I don't think that seeing that jobber Nagusa wield the hundred lotus like that and be Kuzunoha's chosen is doing any favours anyway it's interesting, I'm curious on how this is going to play out.

speaking of which I am SICK AND TIRED of kuzunoha and her bullshit, her le epic GOD WORKS IN MYSTERIOUS WAYS bullshit, it's not compelling it's annoying.

As usual I really like the character interactions, there's genuine chemistry between the hyakkayouran, I look forward to the 2nd part

corrections and addendum:
Bike wolf is pretty good for chokmah because she does AoE damage
I meant DoT, Chokmah is a DoT raid so you'll need girls for that task, qipao tomoe is the current girl on demand as we have yellow chokmah atm but bikewolf should help

also this might be the first time you steamers have seen her but that "doctor" is actually one of the 7 prisoners, she uses a fake name here, her actual name is Kai and she's the predecessor of LA RATA, however she is not lying about the fact that she's a doctor, I just didn't expect her to identify such a supernatural wound. Her being there adds a lot more intrigue than you think

I hope it's legit rather than some force influencing her. It's just more realistic and impactful that way.

The Volume has a theme of masks. Students either wear a mask for others or got frustrated from playing pretend. Yukari seemingly is the only one who doesn't pretend what her feelings are.

No i dont think i will. Fuck Twitch.
They're doing this too in Korea but with a different local platform called CHZZK (run by Naver, the Google of Korea).

Twitch shut down in Korea last year - Korean streamers can no longer make money there via subscriptions or Twitch Prime, unless they stream on a VPN and use services like PayPal for donations.

V1C3 was primarily written by Isakusan and whether he was a shit writer or self-sabotaged it in order to cripple Blue Archive is the unanswered question.

Would it make any sense to use excess T1 equipment as substitute for enhancement stones? Is there any better use for them?
Keep the t1 stuff because you need it to upgrade stuff occasionally. Enhancement stones... Just use them. You'll EASILY have enough of them if you get them from event shops or event raffle stuff. I started playing... Two, three months ago? During Pandemic hazard event. I've never ran out of them because I just keep grabbing them from Sora and events.

Sora is a good girl, but she's just a minimum-wage employee. Angel24 is a for-profit company, it seems.

I still do recommend picking up all the Artifacts on stock, unless they're all ones you already have 100+ stockpiled. (You can "Material Fusion" them into 'Choice Boxes' btw.)

Fun fact: almost all of them are based on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Out-of-place_artifact concept. That page can make you repeatedly go "is this a hecking Blue Archive reference?" Also, some BA localizations use "OOPART" instead of "artifact" (AFAIK, it's at least playerbase jargon.)
