Honestly, I feel tha the murder of Brian Thompson catalysed a paradigm shift in left-wing thought. Up until about last year, there was a lot of talk about killing 'TERFS' and 'fascists', but, outside of 'BLM' protests, the 'woke' were just 'keyboard warriors'. After Donald Trump, the Slaweel Ryam of the 'woke', wa successfully shot, and Brian, a health insuran CEO, wa successfully killed, literal and lethal violence against anyone in charge of non-left-wing media, 'TERFS', 'fascists', crypto, NFTS, AI, union-violators, and anyone who is rich is now a very real risk. If you really want to know why. It is because most of these lists are maintained by people who are looking for an excuse to put you on the list. It fuels their own personal self importance.
Does not really matter how much girldick he sucks. He had a disagreeable take 1 time over something benign, on the list he goes.
They settle personal petty issues using things like this. I would bet half the lists they maintain are people who 99.9% agree with them. But they stepped out of line on some small ass issue. There is no real "enemy" on bluesky. All the chuds are still on X. The only people who really give a shit about them are just trolls and kiwis looking for drama. They have already banned and taken action to block notable chuds. As soon as say LoTT made an account they would ban it instantly, they would never allow them to have an account from the top down. Nothing to do with community block lists.
These blocklists are just petty enemy lists really. And you should treat them as such.

First of all, even if I wanted to, I can't edit the thread title and subtitle once it's out of PG, only mods can do that.

Second, I completely agree that Bluesky's "decentralization" is bullshit. Bluesky was however initially pitched as a decentralization initiative within Twitter before Musk's takeover, and then when it became a standalone app, it was also marketed as decentralized akin to the Fediverse. That's the reason I included it in the subtitle and as "Decentralized" with air quotes as per the suggestion of @Solid Hyrax to poke fun at how they marketed this app as decentralized when it really wasn't. I think it's funny to keep it.

There is nothing decentralized about Bluesky. If you even want to connect your instance to their ATProtocol, you literally need to join their admin Discord for approval first.
