This study/poll came about on the 20th regarding the social media use of Americans and Bluesky isn't fairing too well. I definitely wouldn't take it as gospel since a lot of this seems like it is spun into a Reddit PR campaign but Bluesky is comparable to Truth social now in terms of popularity I guess.

Not to burst your bubble but seeing that the second most option is Facebook, this doesn’t seem like the most representative poll out there. For ex. my dad uses Facebook but still keeps off BlueSky, he’s a massive liberal. Along with that TikTok isn’t above Facebook. This is definitely an older generation being targeted.

Well it also doesn't specify what "use" means, nearly every person born before 2012ish has a real or fake Facebook profile because it was so heavily integrated into gaming, alternative login methods, etc.

Isn't Fortnite mostly played by teenagers anyway? I know HP was mostly for middle schoolers, but it's not 2012 anymore and most of the people I'm aware of still buying HP stuff are at least in their 30s. Also they apparently think the Fortnite audience is going to care about what troons think when they managed to get the ADL to pitch a shitfit because they threw tomatoes at an in-game racism presentation.

Amazingly, boring-ass political hugboxes that mainly consist of people fighting to see how extremist they can get and tard out and virtue spiral are not very popular. People prefer somewhere you can actually talk and not pretend to have opinions you actually don't.

hello I am peach, I go by she/her and I'm southeast asian. Besides english, I can understand japanese but it's just the basic stuff like reading hiragana, katakana, and well construct simple sentences. I hate to say it but people like this are a dime a dozen on sites like Bluesky, and before that on Tumblr. They’re the Buzz Lightyear clone meme and therefore endless fuel for Community Watch threads like this.
 
I am taking a lot of Bluesky screenshots (of acvalens) while logged in, never posting anything with the account. I've been manually removing the "Write your reply" boxes with inspect element to get them out of screenshots and save vertical space. Facing a daunting number of new skeets to archive, I had ChatGPT whip up a Greasemonkey/Tampermonkey userscript to do it automatically instead:
