ANOTHER website with a single chronological timeline bloated with every single meme image and reaction gif they've ever posted. The artists deserve everything coming to them
Bluesky is a federated service that's not truly federated, this is what happens when you allow troons to control every little fucking thing. It's only a matter of time before some chud developer decides to fork it, rewrite the whole thing in C, and make it open for everyone.

Supposedly, Bluesky allows you to tag your image and sort your gallery, which is a step up above Twatter.
Bluesky is "federated" in the same way Telegram is "E2E encrypted" or the Signal messenger is "open and self-hostable". It's a buzzword to get tech trannies excited even though it means nothing at best and is false at worst.
Artists go for social media sites because they have a larger userbase there. Art based websites usually have artists, people looking for artists, and people who apperciate art. It's a smaller population since even if you like art, why sign up to another site if you're not even drawing? Normies and non-artists are easier to reach with social media that shares images and caters to them at the same time.
