I mean, when Keffals tried to make his CWCki rip off Wigglerpedia, it had its own forum which I guess would be tranny Kiwi Farms. Unfortunately, both the forum and Wigglerpedia got raided by the Sharty and didn't even last a week before shutting down.

we literally can see everything thanks to the bluesky api being public. in practice, we only care about if someone says something funny.
since most users are computer illiterates (side tangent, i've noticed i've talked a lot about internet idiots not knowing how to work the computer. it just keeps happening!) they don't know they've signed onto a platform that is supposed to be "open". it's not fediverse levels of open, otherwise we could make things like a kiwisky (that'd be retarded :mad: ), but the faucet is open and we can pour ourselves a glass of milk whenever we want. clearsky does let you force a sign-in to see your info, but it's pretty easy to make a burner, and no amount of restrictions in public-facing options can stop anyone determined enough.
it certainly hasn't stopped bad actors from doing a few things like what was happening to singal and the clock is ticking until someone gets a more seriously bad idea. they are worrying about the wrong thing.

One of their rules is not to leave out the username or name of a person posting a cringe post last time I checked.

The thing is that leftoids aren't very united even when it comes to using tools with useful usecases like those forums because they promote a certain brand of leftism that might not appeal to everyone, which is why it got banned from reddit of all places.

I am 100% in favour of a group of troons pulling up their programming socks and building their own site free from those awful cissies.
