It isn't, generally speaking. Anecdotally, I see it practically never. Objectively, it's a detriment to move from X to Bluesky as the userbase is barely a fraction of a fraction of X's. It's basically only done to virtue signal. To my knowledge, the site you mentioned hasn't used X in forever and swapped to fucking Threads back when the 621st "Great Migration" happened. I didn't even see a Bluesky link on the site, so if it's there they shoved it into a corner just to say "look, we did it too" to stop retards from sending feedback telling them to move.
