One of the very early OG Denuvo reverse engineers (I want to say cycl was his handle?) was black. Not sure if he was one of the ones that went to the darkside and took a job with them, but it does amusingly result in us being able to call him a black cracker (or, in pejorative scene terms, a black black-hat cracker who went white if he did defect)

A few countries/states proposing/passing ID requirements for access to "adult content". Oklahoma also has a bill aiming to criminalise it outright I think that's what they're really worried about.

The bill also prohibits pornography in general, providing for criminal penalties of up to 10 years in prison for production, distribution, or possession. I think they also don't know that if you want to buy porn IRL you sometimes have to show an ID too. Also did you know that you can buy porn IRL? Those porno magazines in the woods we all found as children were bought by someone somewhere.

This is a generation of people raised on the instant gratification of lying while clicking on the "I'm over 18" link that was on the gateway page to every pornographic website in the 90's and 2000's, a thing that has weirdly gone out of style for some reason especially on websites that host user-submitted content of all ratings. They are so used to just clicking a button on their computer screens that the simple idea of having to display ID to look at or purchase any sort of adult product is lost on them. They want to keep their fix as universally accessible as possible, for all the wrong reasons that I'm certain you're already aware of.
