Somewhat. Prior to being rebranded as Kiwi Farms, this community focused solely on CWC and his exploits. Chris was criticized and lambasted for expressing views that were racist, sexist, homophobic, all the -ists you can think of. It was funny because he was a big dumb idiot but more importantly it was also noteworthy because he was incomprehensibly hypocritical, Chris epitomized the "rules for thee but not for me" mentality that is still very much a theme that persists in a lot of lolcow threads today.

The community itself was more moderate than anything and it's important to keep in mind that this place did not become "Kiwi Farms" until 2013 or so. Society as a whole didn't lose its fucking mind until Blonald Blumpf destroyed Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election. Up to that point people with differing viewpoints, especially the moderates, coexisted a lot better. Once the election happened it seemed a lot of those people went hard to one side and became extremely impassioned about their political affiliation. Leftist ideologies for the most part started to evaporate on the Farms because a lot of the users who subscribed to that didn't like the fact that people here could say "nigger" or whatever. They voluntarily left, and now right-leaning viewpoints are represented a lot more noticeably here because of it (especially A&N).

I’d like to remind everyone that in most search functions of all sorts, the asterisk functions as a wildcard of at least some sort.

This means that if you search for K*w* F*rms, you’ll get will get both the original and the censored version, as well as any less censored version. Making this particular form of substitution censoring one that not only doesn’t work, but actively reminds people to use the function that fucks ANY form of substitution censoring.
