Yeah, I looked more into it and it looks like you're correct.

I only made a throwaway account because I wanted to confront him about something, knowing full well he'd block me. I mean, it's not like he moved from X to Bluesky to be challenged and to engage in debates.

Regarding the "unable to resolve handle" error: the guy just changed his handle, so his profile's URL changed as well and my browser bookmark stopped working. Google search results would still link to his old URL.

The best way to harass people on Bluesky is to make a moderation list and add people to it.

Bluesky users LOVE clearsky and they'll see your label on them regularly. So long as your list isn't too inflammatory, bluesky won't take action against it. Plus, because they're on your blocklist, they can't report your list directly. They have to use an alt account to do it.

As a whole the platform is ripe for abuse, toxicity, and spreading misinformation.
