You just archive them, like using archive.today. That's one of the few good things about Bluesky: unlike X the archive works consistently with no need for Nitter or other workarounds. Click on timestamps to get individual posts that have hidden replies. If you are lazy, just archive the user profile and get several screenshots from the top level.

Depending on the user's settings plain old archive.today will work. If not you can paste the link into SkyView.social copy that link and archive it. SkyView will look like this and the Archive will look like this.
