By that logic people under the age of 25 cant have sex. Like Im not an expert on age of consent but I am pretty sure most countries have it’s maximum age be like 18. Oh, I have people seen like that argue that the age of consent should be 25, especially for women, because otherwise they're bound to be taken advantage of by evil 25+ yos.

There's no logic or consistency in these arguments, each point is made only to achieve what they want in that particular moment, and has no relationship with a point made in any other moment. A 16 year old can be simultaneously old enough to vote, have sex, or get irreversible surgery, and not responsible enough to be held accountable for anything they do until 25+, or ever if they're part of a protected class.
So what you're saying is it changes absolutely nothing for them because they never have sex until they're in their 30's and inevitably rape a child, something age of consent changes wouldn't affect.
I imagine it's part of the same playbook as "sex I regret after the fact is rape." It's something I see sometimes when an adult woman ends up in a relationship she regrets. Saying "I made a poor decision" would imply some level of fault (and saying "I was attracted to his money/looks/ten-incher" is obviously right out.) Even saying "I was manipulated/tricked/lied to" isn't enough for them, since it implies ignorance, it implies that someone more aware or savvy could've avoided the situation. That's why you get nonsense like thirty-somethings being accused of "grooming" a woman in her twenties. Grooming children/teens for relationships/sex is objectively disgusting (despite what discord trannys might tell you,) so if a woman- even one well into adulthood- says "I was groomed," it instantly conveys the idea that they were completely innocent in the situation and that the other party was fully to blame and is objectively evil, and has the bonus of getting them tons of attention and asspats from their hugbox.
