Board Discussion & Thread Suggestions

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
FYI I've been keeping an eye on this, haven't done a writeup yet because I'm not sure if the GamersNexus or LegalEeagle will actually become the basis for a class action or other case-joining. On the docket, there's an order to find cases "related", which basically takes all cases in the district which are similar or suing for the same thing, and assigns them all to the same judge. This is done to avoid judge-shopping, and get consistent rulings on cases with multiple parties. It's not an official merge into a class action yet. Longer explanation here.
I agree and this also looks like a boring case: The allegations revolve around PayPal's Honey service allegedly diverting clicks and the associated ad revenue from Internet personalities who entered sponsorship deals for it.

It's scummy if the allegations are true but it's not funny - unless or until the parties do something stupid (low-hanging fruit would be sob stories about how one of the plaintiffs spent the Honey money before s/he realized it wasn't happening) there are major legal/financial questions at play but it will be dull bordering on impenetrable to anyone who is not an attorney. The 'lol' in 'lolsuit' should be immediately apparent to the reader, and that seems to be missing here.

Will there be a thread here for the Pxie V Destiny case? I probably wouldn't post much as I can't see myself having much to say but I would find it interesting to follow that lawsuit.

You can start the thread by posting the filling, an explainer of the plaintiff and the defendant. Maybe the jannies will allow you to copy paste the happenings post.

Greer thread flew too close to the sun?
Possibly, but I also think Null is tired of the doomposting/fedposting cycle that occurs every time Greer submits a new plightsperging to the docket.

He is well aware of how ludicrous this case is and how it fundamentally destroys the appearance of the supposed neutrality of the justice system. He doesn't need 2 dozen retards saying the same thing in slightly different ways, especially not after every filing.

Poor Useful Mistake is probably also hoping that the thread regulars will take the opportunity to brush up on their phonics lessons or maybe get their eye exam results back from their optometrist

Yeah, its no real loss losing the commentary on the Greer case (if it's permanent.) I just hope Useful keeps posting updates there when they drop on the docket if that is the case.

The thread itself is basically just people asking retarded hypothetical questions that no one cares about the answer, people who can't read a pdf file asking retarded questions about the case that Useful answers, or the aforementioned doom posting about how Null is being railroaded into the buck breaking barns by the cruel federales every time Greer drools on a paper and files it.

Greer said he would settle for being removed from the site, so take that as you will.
>The Docket updates

>"Justice has literally never been more over" :lossmanjack:

>"Why doesn't Null just settle?" :smug:

>reeing ensues over why settling is the worst possible option

>"Ackshually you can tell the judge is on Our Side because he only fucked Null a little bit" :smug:

>reeing ensues over how in any normal court in any normal country in any normal realty the judge would have thrown this case out and [REDACTED] Greer years ago

>"What if Greer does [something that he will never have enough brain function to comprehend attempting]"

>"What if Null/Hardin does [something that they would never be stupid enough to attempt OR something that is so obvious that saying so would only help Greer]"

Rinse and repeat ad nauseum

Null CANNOT settle because to settle would show weakness and cowardice to the people and organizations who want everyone who uses this website IMPRISONED and KILLED. It should be obvious at this point but because apparently only blind idiots feel the need to suggest this it has to be reiterated constantly.

Null should institute a monthly vision test that if you can't pass it you're suspended from posting until you can pass the next one.

Edit: Make that a vision test AND a reading comprehension test

Meanwhile, the Liz Fong-Jones case in Australia, where most of the Kiwi Farms litigation fund was spent, has settled.
Null was not a party to that case. Liz Fong-Jones did a lolsuit against a secondary target who didn't fight it, thinking the courts would clearly realize Dong Long Gone was a mentally ill vexatious litigant. Whoops. They settled right as the case was about to start over from scratch, IIRC.

I can't wait to hear who did what to get the Greer v Moon thread locked.
:lossmanjack:
If it is what I think it is honestly too much own poop touching and speculation regarding a certain individual's law education/prowess and god/bad faith concious/unconscious/planned actions or strategy (or lack of), I'm part of it for replying to analysis and feel retarded now

Greer thread had become gay for weeks now. Nothing of value was added by the pages of sperging.
Oh thank god. I thought it was just me lol. It's the only thread I've unwatched so far, being 1% actual progress/updates in the case, 98% the same crowd saying the same shit, and 1% people (inadvertently or otherwise) helping Greer.

Hopefully now that the thread is locked, the cosmic forces of irony will deliver a swift resolution to the case in Null's favour.

98% the same crowd saying the same shit
"lol Greer is filing a Motion to Undo the Thing That Has Already Happened amirite guys?"
I have no idea why people liked this joke so much, other than it coming from Null. They clearly use it to mock Greer's retarded filings which makes no sense because HE WON THAT MOTION. If anything, the Motion to Undo the Thing That Already Happened is a monument to the fact that being a drooling retard is a valid strategy for him which obviously is a big L for Null.

Noooooo I need to see the same people saying "I'm 7" over and over again like it's still funny.
No kidding! You'd think with the slew of new filings people could vome up with some new material.
