I think it's because we're getting back up to pre-Keffals numbers, particularly with the troon shooting happening. If you're having the same issues as I am the best work around is opening the site in another tab and when the site seems to hang up go over to the extra tab and refresh it. That seems to clear most of my troubles up. And the Japanese goverment did their best to solve this issue, with many campaigns against bullying and work harassment, and even laws to prevent those, and they did not work, because these issues are beyond a adminastrive organ, and no Robert, you can't "bomb it away".
