People will always want to clean up sites to make them "more respectable" but they often do this by going against the very purpose of the site instead of just setting some minor guidelines. A good example was that chick who left ED to start Know Your Meme, she no longer liked the "culture" of ED especially just shitting on people, but she reworked the entire concept into a site where you just want to find out what a meme means or comes from, she didn't try to alter ED's entire purpose but create something new. She was smart enough to realize that empowering people to start taking stuff off ED to make it "respectable" was just going to empower people who want to ruin the whole thing. (KYM actually seems to not moderate their image uploads for examples closely even if their write-ups are more controlled.)

I think one of the things they most hate about Kiwi Farms is Null continues to refuse to establish these rules that will become loopholes to destroy the entire thing so there's no way for them to infiltrate and start exploiting them to take control for their own purposes.

I think it helped that because he kept his GG sperging out of his Escapist content, none of the people on there understood why he was fired. Regarding Bob and the Drinker, to quote Bishop Fulton Sheen, "Jealousy is the tribute mediocrity pays to genius."

I mean, maybe Drinker isn't a genius (I still love his vids), but Bob is far below mediocre so it still scans in my book. The funny thing about the whole wrong crowd thing, is that if I recall correctly, when Efap first talked about Bob, they actually tried to get in contact with him to have him on to talk and have a back and forth. Instead of trying to be a man and defend his bullshit, or at least play it cool and say he's not interested, Bob chooses to be a turbo sperg. Hell I could be wrong but I think Jay Exci or whatever the hell his youtube handle is first got in contact with that group because he was arguing with them and now he seems to be a somewhat regular guest. Not entirely sure on that, because I don't like Jay's content so for what little of Efap I watch, I always skip his episodes.
