Bob appears to be jumping on the media bandwagon that the colorado club shooter is pulling out the non-binary thing in order to stave off a "h8 crimes" charge and nothing more. It wouldn't matter if this psychopath was non-binary for five minutes or five years. A hate crime is when you can prove that a victim was victimized specifically because of race, sexual orientation, whatever. The attacker's identity is irrelevant.
