Bob's nemesis - MauLer, Nerdrotic and The Critical Drinker.

The rudderless MCU after Endgame has been a favorite target of on-line critics. These three are hardly the only ones who chew on it; we can only speculate why Bob chooses to pick on them. Sour grape is definitly part of it; all three are infinitely more charismatic than Bob, enjoy a much larger viewership, and have careers outside Youtube. Indeed their success prompts Bob to announce that Youtube viewer numbers don't matter. MauLer favors putting out extremely long videos, similar to what Bob himself did in his tearing down of Batman vs. Superman. In one of his videos, MauLer likened Bob to Thanos, the villanin in Endgame.

Nerdrotic is associated with MauLer, and is particular outspoken about the woke agenda that companies like Disney forces upon their audience. Nerdotic also laughed at Bob's pathetic and futile attempt to get Memology 101 banned from Youtube (See Section 2.B4.1 and Thanks @Flexo).

The Critical Drinker also directly criticized Bob for his sociopathy, while sharing Nerdrotic's concern about wokeness in mainstream media. He is also critical about remakes, which is about the only thing that Disney is doing these days. For Bob's part, he dismisses Drinker as someone who just happens to have a webcam, conveniently forgetting that he himself, despite having made Youtube videos for 16 years, managed to have worse production values.

To add on to this, I think a big reason why Bob hates these three and others is because Bob has been doing this YouTube pop culture commentator for a very long time and he sees himself as a wise elder type. Bob looks down on other pop culture YouTube personalities because he feels they should look up to him because of his years of experience and being one of the first. It has to sting not only have these three and others passed him up on success in shorter time but with their anit-woke views the people on the wrong side of history are building a bigger audience than he has ever had.

In Babylon 5, one season happened where the "good Aliens" and the "bad Aliens" both deployed their planet killers. All it did was make you realize that the "good Aliens" weren't actually good. Basically the Vorlons would use them against planets aligned with the Shadows and the Shadows would use them on planets aligned with the Vorlons. It worked in Babylon 5 because the Babylon 5 universe was more morally grey than Star Wars.

I doubt Bob wants a morally grey Star Wars though, this is just another version of the Bobist saying, "No bad tactics, only bad targets."

Moviebob's books are all self-published.

He took down the Amazon listing near as I can tell from a quick look, but they were either Print on Demand or a Vanity Press for hard copies so hard sales numbers are probably impossible to come by.

Given his other titles on Amazon only have one review each, if that, after a decade probably isn't a good sign though.

Were it not for the lols, I doubt anybody would have read Bobby Boy's eventual serial killer manifesto.

Yeah, maybe the bully in question was not the best person to you at the time, but there's a pretty good chance they grew out of it as they grew up. Maybe they didn't go and track down every one of their targets and apologize for their behavior, but really, it's just not healthy to continue to dwell on those sorts of things. It does paint a clearer picture of why Bob is the way that he is, unable to let go of grudges at all and constantly stewing in bitter hatred and resentment. No wonder he looks at least a decade older than he actually is.
