Most of these folks, Bob most of all, could stand to miss a few meals or downsize their breakfasts. My usual breakfast these days is two slices of wheat toast, a bowl of steel cut oats, and a sliced orange. It's not expensive, it's pretty nutritious, and unless you mess up and dump a load of Smuckers on the toast, it won't give you Bob's waistline.
