It's worth noting that these "debates" are a contest, not an actual debate, they receive points and stuff and that determines the winner. They speak that fast because you basically get points for the more things you mention. Most anyone who tells you they were in "debate" actually cannot debate a subject, but this is effectively how many people see debates, just look at how people cover political "debates" under a similar scoring point framework.
It's probably unrelated to the "debate" style many people use where they just throw out as many things as possible to overwhelm the opponent with too many senseless claims. I think that's just what idiots do naturally rather than a deliberate thing.
You could always discriminate against Trump Supporters, this ruling did not change that because 1. it only applies to expressive works and 2. political stuff isn't a protected class anyway. So let me see if I understand the Bob "MovieBob" Chipman grand theory of economics correctly: The US taxpayers should pay off the student loan debts of college graduates with outstanding debt because then some of those college graduates will give it to MovieBob's Patreon and then he, MovieBob, will get bags of money (and maybe some other businesses will too, as he says, but we know which one he considers important).
I don't know Bob, the argument for paying off outstanding student loan debt is considerably weakened if you tell me they are going to turn around and give that money to you. Actually, instead of using that money to pay off student loans, maybe we should just have the taxpayers subsidize MovieBob directly, that would be more efficient since we could then cut out the middle man. Honestly, I think Biden should make this a plank of his reelection campaign, "Unlimited subsidies for MovieBob!"

Here's the reason judges have lifetime terms: THE COURTS INTERPRET THE LAW. THEY DO NOT MAKE THE LAW. THEIR RULINGS DO NOT CARRY THE FORCE OF LAW. Congress makes the law, and the Executive Branch enforces the law. The reason the Feds govern through the courts (or executive orders. Or through unelected groups like the ATF) is because it's easier than working through Congress (the body that actually makes the law) to create or change the law.

I'm not fond of legislating from the bench, but again, interpreting laws is what the judicial branch is supposed to do, and that boils down to judicial opinions. But it's not something that's just pulled out of their asses (usually), it's a considered approach that takes into account decades, even centuries of precedent. If you don't like what the courts decide, then it's up to you to go through the legislative process and get a law put into the books that does what you want it to. That's how the system works (or is supposed to), so get over it, fatso.

The Fremen are not Islamic. Herbert did borrow some Arab/Islamic terms for the series, but he was pretty explicit in stating that the religions that we know of today don't really exist by the time of Dune (various faiths merged in different ways, and the Orange Catholic Bible was created to attempt to harmonize different teachings (the most noteworthy exception being the Jews that continued to practice in secret (Dune is weird))). It's not really Islamic erasure if it's not Islam in the first place.
I would prefer sticking as closely to the text as possible, but I can also understand the need to change certain things that have unfortunate implications these days. "Jihad" has a much different connotation in the wake of 9/11, and you know if it was left in that other people would be bemoaning the movie for Islamophobia. The changes Villeneuve made to part one were minor and haven't really hurt my enjoyment thus far, and I have faith he'll continue to do well with part two.
