Doug Walker has a successful business with actual employees, made three feature-length projects, is married, has loyal friends, and has done projects with actual celebrities. I agree, it's generous to lump Bob in with the likes of him

Also, I love the guy defending him by bringing up GEM or RTG, projects he hasn't made new episodes for in years.
He'll never kill himself in the conventional sense by putting his gun in his mouth or swinging from a rope. However, if his doctor tells him he needs to lay off the beer and the McDonald's shakes, he'll likely ignore him. So, in a way that's kiling himself, but that's really uncontrolled gluttony and drunkeness getting him.

Of course, I honestly expect him to outlive me. I'm older than him, after all.
Unless you're twenty years older than him, you're more likely to live longer.

Considering how much he's aged in the last decade alone, I'm wondering whether it's gonna be him or Boogie who goes first.

Great to see. This faggot deserves all the mockery he is getting, and the fact all these NPC drones are now attacking him is a delicious irony given how Jimmy Carr is a certified NPC himself who probably was sure it would never happen to him.

Reminder: He made jokes about the Covid vaccine whose entire punchline was "if you don't take the vaxx you are stupid and should die lol". He had a comedy special where part of a joke was a straight up "two minutes of hate" where people were discussing if you can separate art from a artist and he had a bit destroying one of Hitler's paintings.

Looking at his history it is obvious this dude is desperatly trying to stay in the middle of the road and not actually take any sort of strong position on anything so he can keep making money. Which is gonna end up biting him in the ass because the people now in charge are not gonna just forget his joke about how no one gives a shit about dead gypsies in the Holocaust because no one noticed they died.

They don't understand the point being made. Having episodes focusing on the fact the native woman has native ancestry is not the same as having the fact she is native be her only trait. They don't fucking get it, at all. They do not see the difference between the organic diversity and the corporate slop of box ticking.

It's so tiresome.

Sam Pepper is a br*tish chav who got big from being on Big Brother. That should tell you all you need to know about what sort of creature he is. Also everyone knows that kick is full of degenerates, but that is a symptom not a cause. It is a societal ill that is growing like a infected boil, trying to ban it is like just draining it and not cleaning or taking antibiotics.

Woke media started when the government started bribing shows to put anti-drug PSAs in the middle of their episodes. A lot of TV shows tried to get in on the action but it had to be at least as blatant as the above scene from Star Trek: TNG to get the sheckels. Whedon tried to get some of that beautiful tax payer money for Buffy, but his anti-beer episode was too metaphorical and not blatant enough so it was rejected.

This is the model that ESG funding takes in movies, games and TV Shows. If it is too open to interpretation, too metaphorical or anything that is above the level of understanding of a complete retard or a diversity hire (but I repeat myself) it will have to be rewritten until it is.

Of course, all media that does this is at best on the intellectual level of an after-school special, even if it has hard core nudity in it. Honestly, there are after school specials that are more subtle though.

DC mandated two Mexican covers for Latin Heritage Month, but the first version was considered not Mexican enough, we only ended up seeing it after DC was called out over the second version.

I think its funny they've really been pushing Kyle as the Hispanic Green Lantern, when iirc his father was the parent who is Hispanic and had effectively no role or part in Kyle's life.

In terms of covers though, the second one is so hilarious, not only does it just look worse, but they decided that the Mexican flag was a little too subtle so they have him holding a bag labeled "Tamales". I swear, I think you'd get better covers from actual racists.

Is there any background information to back this up?

You have to be brain damaged to think that a flag is too subtle.

There's a lot of information about it, and I'm not sure it's an appropriate thing to get into in the MovieBob thread, so I'll just give a quick summary here and then put the rest of the information with citations in spoiler tags.

So, ESG is claimed to be a set of risk factors for determining whether a company can get loans based on how risky they are as investments. For our purposes it's mainly the 'S' in ESG to pay attention to. 'S' covers the Inclusion and Diversity stuff. So, basically if you aren't doing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, you don't get the loan. The people enforcing these credit scores are big funds like BlackRock with lots of money to invest.

It's a little different than the anti-drug stuff in that the money for the anti-drug stuff was direct government grants.
This plot was written with the plan to take advantage of funds from the Office of National Drug Control Policy available to shows that promoted an anti-drug message.[10] Funding was rejected for the episode because "[d]rugs were an issue, but ... [it] was otherworldly nonsense, very abstract and not like real-life kids taking drugs. Viewers wouldn't make the link to [the ONDCP's] message."

Well, the way it's enforced is through credit scores:
ESG Credit Indicator Report Card: Media And Entertainment
In our ESG credit ratings criteria "Environmental, Social, And Governance Principles In Credit Ratings," Oct. 10, 2021, we articulate the principles that S&P Global Ratings applies to incorporate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) credit factors into its credit ratings analysis. In that criteria we define ESG credit factors as those ESG factors that can materially influence the creditworthiness of a rated entity or issue and for which we have sufficient visibility and certainty to include in our credit rating analysis.

Tackling “ESG” in the media and entertainment industry

The Entertainment and Media industry is instrumental in delivering diverse and inclusive content that reflects, represents and celebrates the community. As a contribution to social impact, this industry has the power to foreground the lived experiences of others and broaden social perspective. From gaming characters and storylines to the equitable coverage of sport, the World Economic Forum notes that involving diverse talent attracts more diverse talent, and embracing diversity grows audiences and profits.
Globally, Disney’s efforts to “tell stories that mean something to people … and bring people closer together” is a prime example of how those in the entertainment industry have aimed to weave a more socially conscientious approach to content creation. In particular, Disney’s efforts appear focused on creating more diversity and inclusion on the big screen by embracing stories from different backgrounds and empowering more culturally diverse casts. A testament to this effort is the release of Raya and the Last Dragon (2021), a film that adopted a predominantly all Asian cast, and aimed to showcase Asian culture through its narrative.
As to the drug PSA stuff, well here's an article from the New York Post:

FEDS PAY NETS FOR ANTI-DRUG TV SHOWS

Dozens of shows — ranging from NBC’s “ER” to The WB’s “Wayans Bros.” — have carried the messages, which take the form of plots involving characters who suffer dire consequences for using drugs.

The messages result from an arrangement between the five biggest networks — NBC, CBS, ABC, Fox and The WB — and the White House Office of National Drug Policy, directed by drug czar Barry McCaffrey.

The arrangement is drawing criticism from media watchdogs who fear the government’s involvement in suggesting anti-drug plotlines brings the government dangerously close to taking too active a role in directing the nature of TV programming.

One, Trump didn't buy a gun as clarified/fixing his fucky-wucky by his press guy
1695691193680.png
"I know that it's actually bullshit that Trump purchased a gun but I'm gonna leave it up because I'm a reporter and people think they hate me but they don't hate me enough."

Two, there was no way that this gun store owner sold Trump a gun because of all the fucking heat on Trump. This is proof that James and Bob have never once purchased a fire arm. If you're unaware, every single time you purchase a gun you have to fill out this annoying, multi page form called a Firearms Transaction Record or just a 4473 and you cannot get around it. In it you have to say that no you're not a felon, no have no outstanding warrants, no you're not currently taking prohibited drugs (the thing Hunter lied and then admitted that he lied about), and various other bullshit. The gun store then has to go and take all that information and send it to some asshole, or most likely an automated database, in DC who then has to check if the person buying the gun is able to buy the gun. If the government says everything's all good then you get to pay your money to buy your Constitutionally protected weapon. If the gun store went "I know you got this whole felony thing hanging over your head but they stole the election from you so I'ma gonna let that whole thing just sliiiiiiiiiiiiiiide" they would be fucked beyond belief especially with something this high profile. Not only would they face pound me in the ass prison time as felons they would lose their complete livelihood as they could never have anything to do with guns and their entire stock would be stripped from them.

Gun sperging done, Bob is a sexpest who should not be allowed unsupervised around any woman. He's been credibly accused by someone directly affected and after all innocent until proven guilty is just a legal term and not part of the social contract. That really chaps my ass and I don't know if I need to take a break from all of this or what. Of course, you fucking retard, nobody can demand what you think but SHIT ON A STICK THAT'S WHAT YOU ADVOCATE FOR ALL THE DAMN TIME. Regardless of that hipocrasy that sends me into an apoplectic rage, it is one thing for Bob to say something like "Jonny Depp is an abuser" with no evidence because it just makes Bob look like the retarded child he is. It is a completely different matter to demand that he lose everything and never be able to work again because he made some poor movie choices and the words of a BPD whore who cannot act. That's shit that you teach children, not to hastily judge someone, the fucking social contract. Bob who has no children and will never at this rate does not have to worry about instructing the next generation. All he has to do is rage bait at the same faggots over and over again in the hopes that he can squeeze just another dollar out of them.

My head is really starting to hurt.

It is part of the social contract, you disingenuous fuck. "Innocent until proven guilty" is what keeps the lynch mobs from going after any random black person. It wasn't just "racism" that made those lynching bad; it was also the trampling of the social contract. There's a reason cancel culture is sometimes called "techno-lynching."

Very fascinating stuff.

To keep things on track, Bob is still a retard.

I'm sure he'll have a fit reading this:

If anything Marvel and DC movies have done that themselves.
In general, I think there is a "carrying capacity" in cinema for superhero movies, and we've been over capacity on them for a while now. If every superhero movie that came out was a banger, it would still be a bit much. Really, though they are mostly mediocre to bad these days. Of course, there's a difference between superhero movies and comic book movies. Comic books are a format, they can cover any subject. For example Dredd and A History of Violence, both of which were comic book movies and neither of which were superheroes.

Bob, of course, has horrible taste in movies and isn't really capable of enjoying a good movie the way a normal person would. Of course he loves the bad comic book movies based on bad comic book characters that are coming out lately.

Any time Bob belches up a hideously ignorant take on the law, I am sorely tempted to call him out on it over on Twitter ... but ultimately there's just no point. This isn't as bad as his idiocy regarding double jeopardy, but it's pretty fucking terrible. The "social contract" isn't just being free to think OJ did it after all; it's ensuring you can't be destroyed financially (or worse) before a fact finder hears so much as a single piece of evidence. Why exactly does he think defamation laws exist? Why do news outlets have to use "alleged" before a verdict is rendered, no matter how screamingly obvious someone's guilt is?

Oh, right, Bob doesn't think at all.

Of course Bobby's cronies have to bring Scorsese's commentary to his attention. "The danger there is what it’s doing to our culture, because there are going to be generations now that think movies are only [capeshit]"
scor1.png
That scene is trash, but of course those people worship that nigger. It gets worse; towards the end it makes no disguise as a commercial for all MCU action figures ever issued.

Something is up with his account. I wonder if he figured out a way to block the search? He wouldn't be smart enough himself, but maybe someone helped him.

More likely Twitter is having issues. It's been getting hiccups pretty regularly over the last few months as they tinker with the algorithm and fiddle with the censorship dials.
