I'd have to slightly disagree with EVS here; the problem isn't women intrinsically don't know how to write manly stuff - surely there are women who do in fact know how to do this and they're likely autistic AF or something - it's that they're hiring people (of any gender really) who simply do not know how to write, PERIOD.
