As I said, writing a book based on one of his movie pitches, renamed like 50 Shades of Grey was renamed Twilight fan fiction, would work. Doesn't cost him anything but time. But really it wouldn't be too difficult to find young college students with a lot of time who need some tape for their future careers in Hollywood. He just can't do the basics. What could he even promise them? A new series? His This Movie Exists series he claimed took him over a year to make and the most viewed one to date is still the Happily Ever After one and that's because someone bigger did a review of it right before his. That's to say nothing to the fact that they're indistinguishable from his other reviews other than the giant ass wikipedia summary in the middle.
You know what he could do but would never? Bring back live action Game Overthinker. I really think people would love seeing him bring back those goofy skits. He'll never do it because I don't think he is capable to debasing himself by dressing up as a ninja in the park anymore and he's incredibly lazy.
As for GO, he's still proud of it, even showing people clips from it in his recent Akira Toriyama video, but that's also too much effort for him, plus the series is where a lot of the non-twitter memes came from. GO is where a lot of his early hate came from because he not only never played the games he talked about, he was proud of not doing it. He got a lot of understandable mockery for his stances, especially "Building a Better Gamer" and only brought it back when he was paid to do so.
I feel like the only way it would work is if he did a retrospective where he rewatched the old videos, then streamed himself playing the games he talked about, and giving his thoughts on them now that he actually knows what he's talking about. But he's likely too scared to do it because he sucks at improv, says a lot of dumb shit when talking off the cuff, and can't play games worth a damn.
