Let's see, it gets released on the 26th. We'll see how long the hype about it lasts after that, it depends really on how good it is as a game. If it's as memetic as Nier; Automata, it'll probably generate some secondary outrage at some point related to cosplayers or art. I think the issue is that it doesn't really matter because nobody really cares about these D-list characters. People saw Suicide Squad because it at least had a couple recognizable characters in the form of Joker and Harley Quinn (and also it had Will Smith I guess), and it was in the middle of the capeshit boom. Wanting to do away with bipartisanship - two different parties working together on an issue - is ridiculous.
