Bob continues to jump through hoops to defend his precious MCU despite audiences clearly being done with it. Whether it's "they don't have China's box office anymore," "box office doesn't matter," "the occasional hit means it still has life," or now "Schrodinger's audience," whatever the fuck that means, Bob simply can't accept that Marvel isn't the cultural juggernaut it was a few years ago. Literally the only movies that have succeeded have been nostalgia wankfests for pre-MCU movies, and everything else continues to fall by the wayside as the Marvel Formula™ wears thinner and thinner by the year.

He also doesn't seem to understand that Marvel putting out one bomb after another has definitely hurt its brand, much as the fourth Bayformers movie was so awful that, despite being successful, audiences didn't show up for the (even worse) fifth movie and killed the franchise before it could spawn its own cinematic universe. Same goes for the MCU: despite the success of some of those post-Endgame movies, there have been far too many that have been less than ideal that even if a good movie releases today, people are less likely to give it the time of day. And you see that with the box office take; I think F4 is going to be lucky to crest $500 million, and I'll be damn surprised if it catches up to Superman (which is currently at a pretty anemic $550 million). If not for Lilo and Stitch making a stupid amount of money for a soulless live-action remake, Disney would be having an utterly abysmal year, and that's literally the only thing that's gone well for them.

I legitimately don't think capeshit has legs anymore. Outside of the occasional nostalgia grab, the trend has passed its peak. Like Westerns or musicals before it, audiences are simply moving on from both Marvel and DC, and Bob needs to learn to accept that now.

Now, I will take a quick break here to say that yeah, some kids these days are also having issues with learning touch typing because they do everything on their ffffucking phones and use actual computers less. But even then, pretty much every school district in the country requires you to pass a basic typing class before you can graduate, so they do learn eventually.

But seriously, how the fuck has Bob gotten into his mid-forties and still can't touch type? I refuse to believe that he never had the opportunity to take a typing class. By the time he graduated in either 1999 or 2000, computers would have been pretty ubiquitous in schools, and their importance to students' future careers would have been easily seen. Maybe a computer class wouldn't have been a strict requirement then, but surely he would have had the option to take one. And as others have said, typing classes have existed since typewriters were the hot new piece of technology.

It's truly incredible that he's spent over twenty years writing and has utterly failed to grasp that he could be so much more efficient if he took a few weeks to learn how to touch type. I remember before my first day in my school's computer class in eighth grade, feeling uncomfortable with the entire concept of touch typing because I was so familiar with hunt-and-peck. Within a couple weeks, I was flying through my lessons with ease, and I never went back.
