Well I don't know about Massachusetts but here in Wisconsin every Senior in High School has to take and pass a Civics test.
Its just basic stuff about the Founders and how the Government was created and how it works.
Like fucking seriously giving the most populated States more influence is the entire point of the House.
Not to mention that the various Districts let local issues be heard and allow the Minority Party to be able to hold office. Thats how you get Texas Democrats and California Republicans
The Senate of course has the opposite intent. Giving the small States equal influence to the big ones.
