The lack of an extradition treaty does not mean that one cannot be extradited. The treaty just standardizes and speeds up the process.

Like a scumbag pedo can't just jump a plane to Russia and be safe from extradition. It would most likely happen quite quick. Why would Russia protect a pedo? The same thing happens with murderers.

What tends to complicate things is if the country doesn't have the death penalty, but even then, most countries will give back US citizens who are accused of murder and only take issue with dual citizen accused.

This has happened a couple of times with Canada. So the US pinkie swears not to try for the death penalty. The US immediately ignores said promise. And Canada just goes "oh noes that guy accused of murdering a dozen hookers is going to die" with little or no controversy up north.

Because at the end of the day, people don't lose sleep over murderers getting punished.

He deserves to get pink juiced simply because he fucked up one of the easiest ways to get away with literal murder. He came back and lawyered up and didn't say a single word, which put him in a very strong defensive position and all but guaranteed that he'd never be prosecuted... and then they find the body.

You fucking nigger, you had practically all the time in the world to leisurely dispose of your girlfriend and you leave her close to a fucking flip flop? You could have pushed the body off a cliff, you could have left it overnight around a pack of coyotes, you could have buried her anywhere but that one location and they'd never have found a body. Hell, you could have stashed the body in the van and dumped it in a lake somewhere on the drive back, where nobody would even begin to look.

Instead they found it in a week despite no input from the spastic that has gone missing.

from looking into this a bit more, she comes off as a BPD bitch off her meds and the guy is your typical hippy larper. i can totally see it have ended in a "accidental" killing either by a bad trip, the guy violently restrain the girl or both. what shocks me more is how fast this story has been spread and the people have already made it up in their mind she's an innocent angel and the guy a complete monster.

I mean...it's been pretty obvious that he played a major role in her murder. Y'all are going to such lengths to declare a murderer isn't that bad lol. Who cares how much of a crazy bitch she was? Killing someone isn't a justifiable response just because someone is acting crazy or insufferable

Having an attorney before talking to police may be the only thing to save him. Lol. Fucking mutts hate their own constitutional protections so much.

If I had a dead gf I'd never talk to police. You know, automatically, you are not only the first suspect, and not just the prime suspect, but the only suspect. Many police will not even consider alternatives. They are not educated, intelligent, or fair. They don't care about justice. They just want an arrest. They are DMV employees who control your freedom license and they are evaluated by their closed case ratio. That's it.

If you talk to police, even and especially if you've done nothing wrong, you are stupid.

But you can kill someone without meaning to kill them can't you?

Say he pushed her away with force and she fell backwards and smashed her head in on a rock? It's easily done...that's not murder.

People really have made up their minds here, women do get seen as the innocent party in all cases like this...it's a shame she died but people are building this up into some lurid case like Chris Watts and there's likely nothing more to it than a stupid argument that led to accidental horror.

I'm erring on the fact they were in a van with one another 24/7. Roadtrips can really bring out the worst in people. I don't know about murdering someone but those niggling little irritations get blown up on the road.
