Damn, didn't realize foreign cops bothered to chase criminals. Could just region bias and transparency laws, but you rarely see videos of this stuff outside the US.
Great driving though. Going across the narrow bridge without hitting the bystander was especially impressive.
 
This isn't as high energy as some of the ones posted but it's fascinating.


The raw footage for the Joel Guy Jr. scene was not made available (to the best of my knowledge), but what was shown in court has been covered by a few true crime channels and it has a nasty, nasty atmosphere. Dreading is the least obnoxious of them and the video is worth a watch, but time-stamped to the good parts here.

The way it was described left closed up with the heat cranked up all the way and the chemical fumes, the dog howling in the background, and the way they walk past the pot boiling on the stove without knowing what's inside yet gives me the creeps in a way most graphic crime scenes don't. Uneasy shit.

I do occasionally read about local cops getting into car chases, but details are always pretty scarce, and video is never available. I assume it's mostly cultural differences.

Reality TV is fake. Stuff is exaggerated for the camera, drama is scripted, and lots of shit is cut out. Bodycams are real, unscripted, and censorship usually ends at blurring gore and muting/blurring personal information.

It's also satisfying as fuck to watch a nuisance get arrested.

Calls like that one make me really glad that these channels exist, basically as a form of public shaming. A few of the people that have on them multiple times tend to be much calmer when they're pulled over later down the line because they don't wanna keep being humiliated.
 
I can’t believe that no one has posted this video, because it’s one of the more entertaining police bodycam videos:


TLDW version: a BPD whale calls the cops on her boyfriend to try and scare him, then when the cops do show up she has a melty claiming she’s going to be late for work.

Then her boyfriend comes out shouting at the cops, BPD whale says “he’s got a gun!” Which leads to her boyfriend getting tasered.

Once in the car she constantly jumps back and fourth between “I’m going to be late for work” to “I hope you cops all die” to ACAB to then admitting that she was just trying to scare her boyfriend for… some reason. I guess because he was shouting at her.

At one point she says her name is “Shakira Flabbergasted”.

Cop then tells her that her neighbors don’t deserve to put up with her BPD addled meltdowns and shuts the cop door on her while she’s going on an anti cop spiel.

Video ends with the cop going “that was weird”.

The Pokémon tattoo is a nice touch:

The funniest thing about this video is how the whale went out of her way to make the whole situation worse than it needed to be; it’s evident that she’s used to screaming her head off at people to get her way.

This is exactly how I picture all BLM supporting white women on Twitter to behave in real life.

The funniest thing is that the police watch bodycam channels too, and sometimes they bring it up to a regular. I've seen the cops refer to someone as a "Code Blue Cam celebrity" lol.

But yeah, bodycams and the channels that request/archive them is a net public good as far as I'm concerned. Problem people/drunk drivers are named and shamed, dipshits who pull weapons and fight are exposed with generally little ambiguity, and it becomes much harder for crooked cops to pull shit without being caught. I think my only complaint is that bodycams generally have to get FOIA'd to get released which often costs money.

I saw that one a while back and I knew it was gold the second she started hollering on the stairs. My favorite part is that the boyfriend is clearly as frazzled as you'd expect him to be living with that, so he calms down and they let him be. I'm sure jumping in to protect her gets him into all kinds of shit.

Yeah I've noticed that too. The officers in the CBC videos all seem really chill.

Definitely, and even then they can still jerk people around that make the request. Footage of high profile arrests tend to be much more "delayed" than petty criminals like we see on these channels.

Reminder that this bitch has a kid. Imagine your mom calling the cops to scare your dad, and then letting her gross, flabby tits flop all over the place as she bounces, and whines like a spoiled toddler when the cops take her jail for being such a stupid cunt.
 
This is one of my favorites. Arkansas state police really love pit maneuvers in high speed chases, and in this one the cop pits the guy going past 100 mph, then flies over his truck and crashes into a light pole.
